    Select the right circle

    Open Circles and choose the circle you want to manage. Check the name before making a change. The controls you see depend on your role. Members do not have the same permissions as owners or managers.

    Rename the circle

    Choose Edit name. A clear name makes it easier for everyone to recognize the circle and its invitations. Here we change Saturday Friends to Weekend Friends. Enter the new name in the prompt and confirm when it is ready.

    Review the people inside

    The member list shows who has access. Review membership periodically, especially when the purpose of a group changes. Being in this circle never grants access to someone’s personal prayers or to other circles they belong to.

    Treat deletion carefully

    Delete circle is reserved for its owner or an authorized church administrator. Deleting immediately ends member access and removes the circle’s prayers from the app. System circles cannot be deleted. We leave this example intact. Renaming is enough for a simple name change.
