Terms of Use
Version 2026-09-05 · Last updated September 5, 2026
These Terms govern access to Battle Creek IT LLC. By creating or continuing to use an account, you agree to the current Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Notice.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 to create an account. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you represent that a parent or legal guardian permits your use. Do not create an account if you are not legally able to agree to these Terms.
2. Your account
Provide accurate account information, protect your password and recovery codes, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. One account may participate in personal circles and multiple church workspaces.
3. Prayer circles and privacy
You choose the circle for each prayer request. Do not add people to a circle or share information about another person without appropriate permission. Although Pray With Friends applies access controls, other members may copy or disclose content they can see, so do not treat any online group as a guarantee of confidentiality.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of content you submit. You give Pray With Friends a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, copy, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service and satisfy legal obligations. This permission ends when the content is deleted from active systems, except for lawful retention, safety records, and temporary backup copies.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit your content. Do not post private medical, contact, financial, or identifying information about someone else without their permission.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Pray With Friends to harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, spam, violate privacy, promote illegal conduct, distribute malicious software, evade access controls, scrape private content, or interfere with the service. Sexual exploitation, credible threats, and content that endangers a child are prohibited and may be escalated to appropriate authorities.
6. Safety and support boundaries
Pray With Friends is a community tool, not an emergency service, crisis line, healthcare provider, counselor, legal adviser, or substitute for professional or pastoral care. The service is not continuously monitored. If someone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource.
7. Churches and administrators
Church workspace owners and administrators are responsible for authorized membership, role assignments, organizational policies, and content moderation within their permitted scope. Church administration does not provide access to members’ personal prayer spaces. Organizations must not imply that Pray With Friends guarantees confidentiality, safeguarding compliance, or emergency monitoring.
8. Moderation and account actions
Pray With Friends may restrict, hide, archive, suspend, or remove content or accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect safety or privacy, comply with law, or secure the service. Where appropriate, users may appeal a moderation decision through private support. Administrative actions should include a reason and an audit event.
9. Billing
Personal prayer and participation in another person's active circle remain free. Creating shared personal circles includes a 10-day trial with no card required. If you choose a paid Circle Supporter plan after the trial, it costs $1.99 per month or $19.99 per year and renews automatically until canceled. You can cancel through the billing portal, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. When paid access ends, circles you own are paused while your private personal prayers and participation in other active circles remain available. Checkout must present renewal, cancellation, tax, refund, and failed-payment terms before billing begins. Church payment collection remains disabled during the private alpha.
10. Service changes
Features may change during the private alpha, and the service may occasionally be unavailable. Material policy changes should be announced in advance when practical and may require renewed acceptance.
11. Counsel-required launch terms
The final Terms must include attorney-approved provisions for the operating entity, warranties, limitation of liability, indemnity, dispute resolution, governing law, venue, termination effects, and any state-specific consumer rights. Those provisions are intentionally not invented in this operational draft.
12. Contact
Signed-in users can contact support from Account & privacy → Ideas & support. Legal and privacy contact: [email protected]
