Find your account settings
Tap Account to open your profile and privacy settings. Keep your name recognizable to people you invite. Your email and account controls are here, along with your subscription, security settings, and private support options.

Protect your account
Under Password and sessions, review signed in devices and sign out an old device when needed. Multi-factor authentication adds an authenticator code. Keep recovery codes somewhere secure, and never share passwords or recovery codes in prayer requests or support messages.

Share an idea
Scroll to Ideas and support, then open Share an idea or ask for help. Choose the message type, add a short subject, and explain what would help you. For an app idea, describe the goal and when you would use it.

Return for a reply
Send idea submits the suggestion privately. Return to this section to see its status or a reply. Do not include someone else’s private prayer details unless needed for your support request. This demonstration uses a local example only.

Open Help anytime
Close Account and tap the question mark at the top of Home. Help contains searchable answers, phone installation instructions, and this tutorial library. You can read the written steps or turn on captions whenever watching with sound is inconvenient.
